What Hatz AI is
Hatz AI is a secure AI platform that MSPs deliver to their clients. It gives client teams one place to use several AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others), with governance across the MSP’s client base, spending limits, audit logs and credit-based usage. (Source: hatz.ai.)
What Control Center is
ResultsIQ Control Center is a platform built for MSPs to scope, price, build and bill AI managed services across the clients they already have. It finds the AI opportunities in each client’s business, prices them in the client’s numbers, builds the automations across 156 MSP tools and bills them every month. Control Center MCP connects the MSP team’s own Claude or ChatGPT to every client and tool. MSPs bring their own AI accounts and keys, with no markup on AI usage.
The main differences
| Compared | Hatz AI | ResultsIQ Control Center |

| Who uses it day to day | The MSP’s clients | The MSP’s team |
| AI models | Several models in one workspace, credit-based | Your own AI accounts and keys, no markup |
| Automations across MSP tools | Agents, workflow templates and connections to MCP servers | Automations and MCP across 156 PSA, RMM, security, backup and documentation tools |
| Billing the client | Usage tracking and limits | Monthly invoice lines per client and workflow |
Which fits
Choose Hatz AI if your goal is to give clients a safe, managed place to use AI chat. Choose Control Center if your goal is a recurring AI service line you scope, deliver and bill across your clients. Some MSPs will use both: a workspace for client users, and Control Center to run and bill the service.
