We host it. Your AI, keys and clients stay yours.

Control Center runs in a ResultsIQ-managed Azure environment, isolated per tenant. Here’s what that covers, and what it doesn’t.

Where it runs

Four parts, and three of them stay yours.

Your AI account, your keys, your rateYou bring the provider account and negotiate the rate. Every token bills to you directly, and we take no spread on it.
Yours
Your connections, scoped by youEvery integration is enabled per tenant with the exact API operations you allow, and nothing else.
Yours
Your client relationshipsWe never contact your clients. The brand, tenants and invoices are yours.
Yours
The application, hosted by usControl Center runs in a ResultsIQ-managed Microsoft Azure environment, isolated per tenant. You stand nothing up.
Ours

We host the application, and we don’t resell your AI. Many platforms bundle compute and take a margin on every token. Yours bills to your own account at your rate, with nothing added.

Bring-your-own-cloud is on the roadmap and isn’t in the product yet. The backend is built for it, and we’ll update this page when it ships. For now, Control Center is hosted by us.

What we can see

Control stays with you, and it’s logged.

Role-based permissionsEnforced per tenant. Your team sees what you decide they see.
A run-level audit trail on every artifactEvery document, price, workflow and approval is logged with who, when and on what input.
A human approval gate before any client sees anythingWe left this step manual on purpose.
No training on your dataYour client documentation is never used to train a model or improve anything outside your tenant.

Where we stand

What’s certified, and what isn’t yet.

Here’s where each one stands today.

Microsoft Azure

Where it runs

A ResultsIQ-managed Azure environment, isolated per tenant. Microsoft publishes Azure’s own SOC and ISO reports.

SOC 2 Type I

In progress

Target Q1 2027. We’ll publish the report once we have it.

Roadmap

The architecture supports it, but it isn’t available at launch.

Send it to your security lead.

They’ll want the hosting model, the permission matrix and the audit trail. All three are open to them during the ninety days, at no cost, before you commit to anything.
