Privacy Policy

ResultsIQ LLC, trading as ResultsIQ ("ResultsIQ", "we", "our", "us"), is a Florida limited liability company at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. This policy explains what we collect when you book a demonstration of ResultsIQ Control Center, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website, our booking form, and the email and text messages we send about a demo you requested.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Booking form: first and last name, work email address, mobile phone number, your company (MSP) name, the PSA/RMM you use, and your number of technicians.
- Site forms: when you join the waitlist or the AI MRR Playbook, send yourself your Score my MSP results, or email yourself an Integrations plan: your first name, work email address and MSP name, plus your answers or the tools you picked.
- Scheduling: the date and time you select, your time zone, and any notes you add when you book or reschedule.
- Correspondence: the content of emails and text messages you exchange with us.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as browser and device type, referring page, and IP address, recorded in standard server logs. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies to show us how the site is used — see Cookies and tracking below.
- How you found the site (the campaign link, site or search engine that sent you) and the pages you read, sent with a form you submit, so we know which outreach works. See Cookies and tracking below.
2. How we use information
- To schedule, confirm, remind you about, reschedule, and follow up on a demonstration you requested.
- To prepare for that demonstration — your PSA/RMM and technician count let us tailor what we show you.
- To respond to your questions and, where you have asked us to, send information about our services.
- To measure which campaigns and channels are effective.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
3. Text messages (SMS)
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers collected through this site are used only by ResultsIQ, and only to communicate with you about the demonstration you requested. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing use under any circumstances.
How consent is obtained
You provide your mobile number yourself, in the "Mobile" field on our demo booking form at book.resultsiq.ai, or on our Calendly booking page, and you consent to text messages separately, by ticking a box beside that field. The box reads: “Text me about my demo. By ticking this box you agree to receive demo appointment text messages from ResultsIQ LLC at the mobile number above — about 2–4 messages per booked demo. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. This is optional and is not a condition of booking.” It is never pre-ticked, and leaving it unticked does not stop you booking a demonstration. We record the consent, with its timestamp and the exact wording you agreed to, on your contact record. We do not buy, rent, import, or otherwise obtain mobile numbers from third parties, and we do not text anyone who has not ticked that box.

Message frequency varies with your booking; expect roughly two to four messages per scheduled demonstration. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message to stop all texts from us; we will send one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP (or INFO) for help, or email connor.reece@resultsiq.ai. Opting out of texts does not cancel your demo — email us if you would like to cancel or reschedule.
4. Cookies and tracking
The only cookies on this site come from Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how pages are scrolled and clicked. We set no cookies of our own, and we use no advertising or retargeting tools: there is no Google Analytics and no advertising pixel. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you. The site also keeps two small notes in your browser’s local storage, described below: parts of them label what Clarity records, and otherwise they stay in your browser unless you send us a form.
In detail:
- Server logs. Our host, Microsoft Azure, records standard web-server information for each request — IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system type, and the referring page. We use this for security and troubleshooting, and it is kept for up to 12 months.
- Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how each page is scrolled and clicked, with anything typed into a form masked, and joins the pages of a visit together. To do that it sets two cookies on this site:
_clck(a random Clarity ID, kept for up to a year) and_clsk(links the pages of one visit, kept for a day). Its script also lets Microsoft set its own cookies onclarity.msandbing.com(such asMUID), which Microsoft says it uses for advertising, site analytics and other purposes; we tell Clarity not to share data from this site with Microsoft Advertising. Microsoft does not set Clarity cookies for visitors in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland unless they consent, and we don’t ask, so visitors there get none. We label each Clarity session with how you found the site (the site, search engine or campaign link that sent you, the page you first landed on, and how many visits you’ve made) and with choices you make here, such as the tools you pick, which AI you open with Ask your AI and, from Score my MSP, your score, your revenue band and when you might sell. After you send us a form on this site, we label that visit, and later visits from the same browser, with your first name and MSP name, and with your email address, which Clarity scrambles (hashes) before it leaves your browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, Clarity does not load at all. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement. - Where you came from, kept in your browser. When you arrive, the site notes in your browser’s local storage how you found it (the site or search engine that sent you, or a
?src=orutm_source=value on the link you clicked), the first page you saw and the pages you read. That note is sent to us with a form you choose to submit, so we know which outreach and pages led to it, and its source, campaign, first page and visit count also label your Clarity session, as described above. The note also keeps the choices described above and, once you send us a form, your email address, first name and MSP name, so later visits from this browser are labeled too. Clearing your browser’s data for this site deletes the note, those details included. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the site keeps no note. We cannot recognize you on any other website. - Your tool picks. If you pick your tools on the Integrations page, the site remembers them in your browser’s local storage so the Control Center MCP page can show your own tools. They reach us with your plan if you ask us to email it to you, and the first ten you pick also label your Clarity session, as described above.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. On pages with a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person, not a bot. It works out of sight and shows a box to tick only if it needs one. For that check Cloudflare processes your IP address and details about your browser, and it also uses them to improve its bot detection, under its own privacy policy (see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum).
- Fonts. Page fonts load from Google Fonts (
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com). Google receives your IP address as part of that request; Google states that it does not set cookies for Google Fonts. Apart from the analytics and the Cloudflare Turnstile check described here, no other third-party content is embedded in this page. - When you leave this site. Booking a demonstration takes you to Calendly, and some links take you to other sites. Those sites set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we honor it: the site keeps no note of how you found it, and Clarity does not load.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of vendors to run the booking and messaging described above. They process information on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes:
- Calendly — appointment scheduling and calendar invitations.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our customer record system, and the platform that sends our email and text messages.
- Microsoft Azure — website hosting.
- Cloudflare — visit counts (Web Analytics), with no cookies.
- Microsoft Clarity — how pages are scrolled and clicked, with form entries masked. Microsoft also uses the cookies Clarity sets under its own privacy statement (see Cookies and tracking).
- Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that our forms are sent by people, not bots. Cloudflare also uses what it receives for that check to improve its bot detection, under its own privacy policy (see Cookies and tracking).
- Microsoft Teams — the video meeting itself.
Beyond these providers, we do not sell or share your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to information collected before the change.
6. How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact information for as long as we are in touch with you about our services, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required by law. Records of SMS consent and opt-out are kept for as long as required to demonstrate compliance. Technical and analytics data is kept for up to 12 months.
7. Your choices and rights
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you, and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Opt out of texts (reply STOP) or of emails (use the unsubscribe link, or ask us).
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data.
Email privacy@resultsiq.ai and we will respond within 30 days. We do not charge for these requests.
8. Security
Access to the systems above is limited to people who need it, protected by individual accounts and multi-factor authentication, and served over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
9. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, book a demonstration, or receive text messages from us. This is a business service intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold information about someone under 18, we delete it and stop messaging that number. If you believe a minor has given us their details, email privacy@resultsiq.ai and we will remove them.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to you directly where we hold your contact details.
