Key facts

Price

$1,750 a month for the platform, plus $75 a month for each billable workflow (a workflow the MSP bills a client for). No cost for the first 90 days. No fees per seat, per user, per client or per device.

The 90 days

They cost nothing, so an MSP starts ROI positive before it spends anything on AI. The suggested path is days 1–45 inside the MSP’s own business and days 46–90 with its first client, but the MSP can use the 90 days however it wants. The first ResultsIQ invoice comes on day 91.

After day 90

An annual contract with a 30-day notice period. An MSP that decides it isn’t a fit walks away by day 90 and owes nothing.

Control Center MCP

Included in the platform price. The MSP’s team connects Claude or ChatGPT once and reaches every client tenant and connected tool, with the same roles and client scopes as the login. The team uses it for service delivery, automations and reports; it drafts automations that a person approves before they run. MCP as a service for the MSP’s clients is planned for Q2 2027.

Your AI account

The MSP brings its own AI provider account and keys. ResultsIQ adds no markup on AI usage.

Hosting

Hosted by ResultsIQ in Microsoft Azure, isolated per tenant. SOC 2 Type I is in progress, with a target of Q1 2027.
