First ninety days: $0. Hosting is included: Control Center runs in the ResultsIQ Azure environment, so there’s nothing for you to stand up. AI compute is separate and it’s yours: you bring your own AI account and keys, you pay tokens at your own negotiated rate, and we take no spread on any of it.

The calculator on this page: 16 clients on the service at $2,500 a month each, with 3 billable workflows per client, is $480,000 a year of new revenue. Delivering it costs 30%, $144,000: your AI usage and your team's time, the same 70% gross margin used across this site. Our fee is $64,200 ($1,750 a month plus $75 a month for each of 48 billable workflows). You keep $271,800 a year, a 56.6% margin.
The platform price is flat, so your margin grows with every client you add.

Days 1–45 run inside your own MSP, days 46–90 with your first client, and on day 91 you’re billing before we are.
